There are a few scuffs to the back of the purse - a polish will help this

Vintage Shelley Tea Cup and Saucer Rose & Tulip Ludlow Shape Bone China 2316 barkcloth drapes This is an authentic WW2This is a very pretty bone china cup and saucer made by Shelley in the Rose & Tulip pattern. The set is made in the Ludlow shape and the backstamp used on the underside of each piece dates the set to between 1938 and 1966. The saucer measures 5 5 8 in diameter while the cup has a height of 2 1 2 and a top diameter of 3 1 2. The set is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or wear.
