Otherwise there is outstanding volume and power to the more concentrated bigger-bodied flavors that retain a lovely sense of refinement and particularly so on the massively persistent finish

An underlying iron accent creeps along throughout

This elegant effort is coming along very nicely and it has reached a stage that could certainly be enjoyed now but for my taste I would allow this another 4 to 6 years first in order to develop a bit more depth as well as broadening the finale

It shows succulent red fruit and notes of tea leaf

This has a fragrant bouquet with orange blossom, citrus fruit and light stony scents. Very good definition and focus. The palate is very well balanced and side by side this has more nervosit and mineralit. Precise and focused on the finish with plenty of sapidity, this is an excellent Chardonnay from Hannes Storm.
