Mount Eden Vineyards Domaine Eden Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon Fathers Day Collection rum cannot be bottled untilA true Bordeaux blend encompassing the top five Bordeaux grapes varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc with small additions of Petit Verdot and Malbec. The lots are fermented separately using natural fermentations, and aged in 50 50 French and American oak (2 5 years old) for 2 years. No fining or filtration conducted prior to bottling, just like the Estate regimen. While the Estate is a singular voice, the Domaine is a chorus.
