Philippe Charlopin-Parizot, Clos Vougeot Brut Zero pear and a whiff ofAll that can be discerned on what seems to be a very ripe nose are notes of reduction and wood. There is excellent volume to the very rich larger scaled flavors that brim with dry extract that imparts a suave texture as well as buffers the powerful, complex and impressively long finish where notes of rusticity and austerity slowly emerge. This too is very promising.
