You can see a shadow along the bottom of the insert but this is extra material that should have been tacked down

Colleen was produced between 1968 and 2018, but the Gothic script mark on the underside, without the seahorse, dates the decanter to prior to the year 2000. This decanter has the plain bottom, not the star cut bottom. It measures 13 1 4 in height and is in very good condition there is a tiny rough spot or fleabite along one of the edges
