Vintage 1930s MIJ Sugar Shaker Muffineer Enamel Painted Peach Lustre Made in Japan party dress soiling or odorThis is a wonderful 1930s or 40s vintage sugar shaker, aka muffineer or sugar caster, finished in a peach lustre glaze and enamel painted in a floral cherry blossom design in white and black. The piece is unmarked on the underside but is undoubtably made in Japan. It measures 6 5 8 in height with a diameter of about 2 5 8 at its widest. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear, but a bit of the cork stopper is missing, very minor.
