Barkan Reserve Merlot PACK-18 At the timeBarkan Reserve Merlot is from the Barkan Winery, the second largest in Israel. It was founded in 1990, and its head winemaker is Ed Salzberg. The winery moved to Kibbutz Hulda near Rehovot in 2000. Barkan Reserve Merlot is produced using hand picked grapes grown in northern Galilee vineyards. The timing of the harvest is critical in order to achieve the precise balance of taste, color, and sugar. After fermentation the wine is aged for 14 months in
