Aged in a mix of foudres, concrete and amphora. Bottling will be in March 2022. Cask sample. Raspberry and jammy fruits, red strawberry and spiced notes. Packed full of sweet and juicy fruits, ripe style but not overworked. A rich mouthfeel and a long finish. (AC)
