Apricot pit, tangerine, spices and hazelnut overtones are some of the signatures that take shape in the glass. There is a slightly oxidative, nutty (but not unpleasant) quality in the 2013 that is reminiscent of Burgundies from Chassagne and American Chardonnays made from the Wente clone.
