Fully mature, well knit nose and a palate that has definitely said goodbye to the tannins. Warm, ripe Sangiovese that caresses rather than challenges the palate. Sweet start and tangy finish. Medium length. A pleasure to drink now but this bottle gives the impression that the wine's peak has (just) passed. Mild and gentle.
